Weekend Tournament

Sponsored by Milo234

Check Back Regularly for Updates

Why: In an effort to encourage friendly competition as well as to add some competitive spice back into the RA community, I have decided to run a weekend RA tournament. The date/time is open to variation for now, but it will be on a Friday or Saturday night with time open to variation. I want to make it early enough that most of the Europeans won’t be up till 3 am, but still not too early for those who have things to do during the early afternoon.
Where: Players meet in the Kali lobby at the assigned time each week and the tournament begins. The tournament will be on kali in order to not have to deal with the router problem on GS. Kali is free, there is no reason to complain about not having it on GS.

When: Friday or Saturday Night every week. A regular time is yet to be established

Format: Will be decided from week to week. Probably double elimination or Round Robbin depending on number of players.

Rules: The rules will vary from week to week and will be posted at least a day before the tournament. Check back regularly for updates. For future weeks give me suggestions. I am open to anything at the moment, and if more people want to do it, that’s great. A rules section will be created with some general tournament running rules regarding disconnects, leaving, etc.

How to Enter:In order to enter, please leave me a private message either in kali chat or on GS chat. If you tell me in a main room I might not notice it.

As always I am open to suggestions for what to do with the tournament so let me know what you want to do.
